Privacy notice

Effective 21 October 2026.

1. Who is responsible

Neleus AI Consulting is the brand name of Omnitrex. Omnitrex is a Dutch sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) owned by Maxim Stevens, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 99586355. Omnitrex is the controller for this website. Contact: maxim@neleus.eu.

We have not appointed a data protection officer. The law does not require one for a business of our size and type.

2. Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Scaleway in France. When you load a page, your browser sends your IP address and basic request data. Scaleway needs these to deliver the page. We use them only to run and secure the site, and we do not analyse them. The basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Fonts and images come from our own server. The links to GitHub, Discord, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Spotify, Suno and Telegram are plain links. Nothing is shared with those platforms until you click one. After that, their own privacy notices apply.

3. The contact form

When you send the form, we receive your name, your email address, the topic you chose and your message. A Scaleway function in Paris passes your entry on as an email to our mailbox. It does not store your entry. A hidden field filters out spam robots; entries caught by it are discarded.

The function keeps technical logs for 7 days, so that we can fix errors.

Filling in the form is voluntary. Without a valid email address we cannot reply.

4. Why we use your message, and on what basis

• If you ask about working with us, we reply and prepare an offer. Basis: steps you ask for before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• For any other message, we reply because you asked us to. Basis: our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Function logs and the spam filter keep the form working and safe. Basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working form (Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. AI assistance

Our AI assistant, Neleus, reads incoming contact emails. It sorts them into folders and alerts Maxim. Maxim reads and answers every message himself. No decision with legal or similar effects is made automatically. Basis: our legitimate interest in handling mail efficiently (Art. 6(1)(f)). Neleus runs on an AI model from Anthropic, so your message is processed by Anthropic when Neleus reads it.

6. Who else is involved

• Scaleway SAS, France: website hosting, the form function and sending the email.
• Proton AG, Switzerland: our mailbox. Switzerland has an adequacy decision from the European Commission.
• Anthropic, PBC, United States: the AI model behind Neleus. When Neleus reads a message, it is sent to Anthropic in the United States and handled under Anthropic's own terms.

Scaleway and Proton act on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

7. How long we keep it

• Contact messages: 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
• If you become a client: the records our tax accounts need, for 7 years.
• Function logs: 7 days.

8. Your right to object

Where we rely on legitimate interest, you can object at any time, for reasons relating to your situation. Email maxim@neleus.eu. We will then stop, unless we have compelling grounds that override your interests.

9. Your other rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy in a usable format (Art. 15 to 20 GDPR). Email maxim@neleus.eu. We reply within one month. For complex requests we may need two more months, and we will tell you if so. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

10. Changes

We update this notice when our processing changes. This version is dated 21 October 2026.
