1. What this notice covers
This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit our website at neleus.eu.
It covers this website only. The Neleus platform is a separate service with its own processing, its own processors and its own notice. Nothing on this page describes what happens inside the platform.
It is short because the website does very little. That is a design choice, and you can verify most of what follows yourself with your browser's network tab.
2. Who is responsible
The data controller is:

Omnitrex is the company. Neleus is the product it builds.
3. What this website collects
Nothing that you do not send us deliberately. This website has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no embedded third-party content, and no fonts or scripts loaded from anyone else. Every file it serves comes from our own domain.
4. The interactive pages
Two pages run code in your browser: the compliance matrix and the product-fit questionnaire. Both are static JavaScript with the data built in. Neither one sends anything anywhere. The answers you give the questionnaire stay in the page, are never transmitted, and are gone when you close the tab.
5. The contact form
The contact form does not send anything to a server of ours. When you submit it, it opens a pre-filled message in your own email application. Nothing leaves your device until you choose to send that email yourself, and you can edit or discard it first.
When you do send it, we receive what you wrote: typically your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
6. Server logs
Our hosting provider processes the technical request data needed to serve a web page, which includes your IP address. We do not use it to build a profile of you, we do not combine it with anything else, and we do not receive an identity from it.

Where we rely on legitimate interest, our interest is stated above. We have weighed it against your rights and consider it proportionate, because the data is limited to what a web server necessarily sees and is not used for any further purpose.
8. Cookies
This website sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, this notice will be updated and a consent mechanism will be in place before any non-essential cookie is set.
9. Who else is involved
Two providers are involved in running this website and our email:

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access (Art. 15), ask for a copy of your personal data
- Rectification (Art. 16), have inaccurate data corrected
- Erasure (Art. 17), ask us to delete it
- Restriction (Art. 18), ask us to limit how we use it
- Portability (Art. 20), receive it in a machine-readable format
- Object (Art. 21), object to processing based on legitimate interest
To exercise any of them, email maxim@neleus.eu. We will respond within one month (Art. 12(3)). If a request is complex we may extend that by two further months, and we will tell you within the first month if we do. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. We may need to confirm who you are before we act.
11. Automated decision-making
This website does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling of any kind (Art. 22). The questionnaire scores your own answers in your own browser and tells you the result. It makes no decision about you, and we never see it.
12. Children
This website is aimed at people acting in a professional capacity and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
13. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice we will update the effective date above. We will not start processing personal data for a new purpose without updating this notice first.
14. Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, whose current contact details are published at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
15. Governing law
This notice is governed by Dutch law and the GDPR.
