The idea

The same operator that runs your working day also sees your private one. That is useful and it is exactly the thing people are right to be wary of, so the wall between the two has to be part of the access model rather than a preference someone can toggle.

Personal is the private side of that wall: the same vault, the same evidence discipline, and a boundary enforced by the two locks rather than by good intentions.
